Description

On behalf of our client located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, we are seeking a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Officer to perform a variety of HR functions on a six-month contract with the possibility to be extended.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Guide workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts
Handle complex employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and regulatory adherence
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
Execute performance management and career development programs
Facilitate training and development initiatives
Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Monitor key HR metrics and provide insightful analysis
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field
~ CHRP/CHRL designation a strong asset
~ Fluency in both English and French
~Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

The hourly pay rate being offered is between $32.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
