Your Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate requests for decommissioning or removing/retiring assets
Coordinate new asset requests with already existing license.
Coordinate requests for new hardware assets/ hardware requests from vendor or for invoicing new hardware
Coordinate requests for access to VPN/ for remote access setup/broadband access
Coordinate requests for new software and license, first time installation, and new user setup
Coordinate requests for transfer of assets, movement of physical assets, movement of User to new office
Coordinate requests for servicing existing hardware or existing software
Coordinate requests for onsite support setup; requests for onsite technician
Coordinate requests for opening network ports, enabling ports, or any issues with ports
Coordinate requests for builds/ first-time setup/first-time laptop image
Coordinate requests for hard voice line; new phone; handset
Coordinate requests for rebuilds, desktop or laptop reimages
Coordinate requests for new printer assets, User printers
Coordinate requests for network printer setup at work location
Coordinate batch requests/ bulk requests
Coordinate requests for information on available assets or for queries on right assets/plans for new office setup
Coordinate long term service requests/large scale projects on setting up new office or asset movement
Coordinate asset information collection from the Resolver Group that moved User's assets.
Receipt of an approved customer request to Install, Move, Add, Change, or Remove a managed IT resource
Coordinate equipment activities for Install, Move, Add, Change and Removal of in-scope Hardware and Software and/or other contractually agreed to activity that falls outside the typical IMAC request types
Obtain and provide status of existing requests
Address day-to-day IMAC Coordination process issues and escalate to the Governance Team as needed
Monitor existing requests to meet Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction targets; escalate non compliance to account team
Analyze completed IMAC requests to identify and recommend required process improvements
This requires a presence 100% at a client site in Lacombe Alberta

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smart phones, A/V conferencing systems, printers and PC, networking hardware
Experience supporting remote facilities and users
Ability to follow directions of next level support teams when providing Hands and Eyes support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
A+ Certification
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Required Education
