Description:
'¢ Serve as a team member as part of the Agile team and support efforts to implement, adopt and sustain Agile processes, principles, and practices;
'¢ Serve the scrum team by leading and coaching team self-organization, cross-functionality and aligning to the mandate of delivering value;
'¢ Remove team impediments that prevent or hinder team capability and cohesion;
'¢ Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution;
'¢ Advocate for the scrum team across the organization and actively question practices and approaches that are not in-line with scrum theory;
'¢ Partner with the Project Manager & Product Owner, working closely with them to effectively create, maintain and groom the product backlog;
'¢ Create communication forums for the product owner, scrum team and associated stakeholders to ensure the vision, goals and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood;
'¢ Help employees, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders understand and enact scrum as well as empirical and emergent product development, welcoming change that enhances the productivity of the team;

Responsibilities
- Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines.
- Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.
Technical Skills 30% / Experience 30%
- Azure DevOps (must have)
- Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
- Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
- Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in selforganization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
- Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
- Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance
Desirable Skills
- Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
Communication Skills 10%
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to prepare documentation, reports, note keeping, status updates and assessments
- Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a userfriendly manner
- Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
Must Haves:
- 35 Years of Scrum Master experience
- Azure DevOps
- Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
Nice-To-Haves:
- Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
- Previous public sector exp is an asset
