SERVICE TECHNICIAN (ROOFING & SIDING)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform roof repairs as instructed by Service Manager
  • Travel across the city to perform repairs
  • Communicate job expectations, and progress with Service Manager on a daily basis
  • Ensure all aspects of the job are handled to the customer's satisfaction
  • Look for additional repair opportunities on current, and ongoing contracts
  • Work with Warranty Manager on assigned contracts
  • Monitor site, and ensure safety standards are upheld
  • Complete all necessary paperwork such as work order forms, warranty, etc.

Key Qualifications:


  • Previous Service Technician experience required
  • Understanding of building construction a must
  • Previous carpentry experience ideal
  • First Aid, CSTS, and Fall Protection preferred
  • Valid driver's license, and clean driving abstract required
  • Must have steel toed boots, rope, and harness
  • Ability to work independently or in a pair
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs required
  • Must be comfortable with heights, and in extreme temperatures
