Job summary
This job requires configuring communication routing and follow-up tracking inside Zoho CRM using Glide Apps. The system is already built and structurally clean.The objectives include adding a button to open corresponding Zoho CRM records from Glide contact records,
ensuring correct dynamic URL routing,
and removing device-based links.
Responsibilities
