Description
As an office Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our site team and a strategic partner providing administrative support for multiple levels of leadership and must have a can-do attitude for success and bring positive energy to the team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate all administrative services.
- Complete a variety of computerbased tasks related to documentation in the appropriate format.
Examples include but are not limited to:
typing correspondence, memos, and reports; meeting minutes and agendas; tracking referrals; data entry; creating charts, graphs, and reports.
- Order office supplies
- Writing memos and managing correspondences
- Creating invoices and managing receipts
- Preparing spreadsheets and other related reports
- Maintaining company files and databases
- Purchasing office supplies and dealing with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining all office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Delivering mail and sending faxes as needed
Skills And Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dependability, and the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization are required.
- Demonstrated strong Word and Excel skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity are required.
- Excellent meeting planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision under tight time constraints.
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
