We are currently accepting resumes for positions as Xplore & Shaw Direct technicians. We are expanding our team due to the strong demand for rural internet and television services._

Applicants considered for this position should have the following skills and experience:_

Education: High School Diploma or equivalency_
- _
Ability to work as a team with excellent communication skills_
- _
Able to work independently, without supervision_
- _
Competently operate computer programs such as Excel and iPhone/Android apps_

Comfortable with ladders, and working at heights_
- _
Strong customer service skills are a MUST_
- _
Desire to constantly learn new technologies_
- _
Enjoy new challenges in the workplace_
- _
Construction background is an asset_
- _
Ability to troubleshoot issues with the help of our team, and on your own_

Physically fit and capable of lifting 65lbs_

Able to work weekends_

Complete Online Training through Xplore during training period, on your own time_

A minimum 2-week training period is required, during your training you will develop a thorough understanding of the systems that we install and service, the installation process, and you will be supported in meeting the above requirements._

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
