The Team Lead position is typically best suited for individuals searching for summer employment (May-September) who enjoy engaging with customers, providing great customer service, working outdoors and are looking to improve on sales/service skills.

This role is essential for our operations at Canadian BBQ Boys.

As a Team Leader, you will be learning the ins and outs of the barbecue industry by conducting our barbecue cleaning service, facilitating the customer experience, managing your own set of supplies and equipment, and much more.

Team Leaders have the opportunity to work their way into the Territory Manager, and Regional Manager as well as Office positions, which can come with pay increases along with increased responsibilities.
