About us
Our Rheumatology office is looking to hire a full time medical office assistant to cover a maternity leave. We are located in the West Broadway corridor with easy access via public transportation. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30 - 5:00..

• Registering patients, booking in person as well as virtual appointments
• Maintaining current, complete and accurate patient charts using Plexia EMR
• Coordinating consultations, laboratory tests and diagnostic service bookings
• Transcribing and proofreading dictation files for patient charts and faxing completed consultation letters to corresponding physicians
• MSP billing for VGH and MSJ inpatients and outpatients as well as resolving MSP rejected billing
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset

Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour
