- Take initiative in maintaining store standards during supervisor absence

- Maintain product, displays and store appearance
- Liaise with suppliers and schedule selling appointments
- Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the client
- Responsible for staying up to date with product knowledge: Knows trends, designer information and how to outfit/style
- Brings and develops a client book
- Supports with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
- Brings creative/innovative ideas to the store leadership team in support of the store and business
- Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service
- Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (word, e-mail, social media, POS systems)
- Can quickly learn new procedures and processes
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Second language an asset

Summary of the Role
We are seeking a confident and responsible Keyholder for our Kitsilano location. The ideal candidate is well versed in luxury brands and current trends in the fashion industry, is passionate about sustainability and is dedicated to delivering an elite retail experience. The ideal candidate also has experience with opening and closing procedures and is comfortable taking on minimal supervisory duties as needed. Language skills and an existing client book is a strong asset.
