We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a demonstrated passion for nurturing external relationships, scaling partnership programs and digital storytelling.

This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital and work closely with senior leadership across the organization to ensure the following responsibilities are delivered with care, quality, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage, execute, and maintain a multitiered, datadriven influencer marketing program, both paid and earned in the US and Canada
  • Play a lead role in prospecting, negotiating and securing influencers into Open Farm's inhouse ambassador program.
  • Develop creative guidelines and briefs that ladder into evergreen brand messaging and tentpoles.
  • Approve all content and track go live dates to ensure full budget utilization.
  • Analyze and track performance to identify areas of opportunity and improvement; generate monthly KPI reports in partnership with team.
  • Agency management and cross functional team collaboration: ensure stakeholders ladder up to critical business goals.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in influencer marketing and social media with paid and earned influencer content.
  • Proven success scaling influencer programs and driving awareness.
  • Strong left and rightside brain with deep knowledge in pursuing creative and relevant content and a data lover with excellent analytical skills to optimize plans in market.
  • Deeply engaged in culture and all major social media platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge of contract best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills to tell actionable stories with data.
  • Ability to oversee and track multiple projects with various due dates and varying requirements and priorities in a highly challenging environment.
  • Low ego, get it done attitude with a desire to roll up sleeves and dig into the details to drive value for the business.
