The Opportunity

Your Impact:

Data Analysis & Reporting:Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis, suggesting improvements in strategy and execution. Set and monitor KPIs for all advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work cross-functionally to build & maintain segmented lists for outreach, including cleaning and enriching existing data sources.

Budget Management:Oversee the advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various channels and campaigns. Forecast budgetary needs based on historical data and projected growth, ensuring efficient ad spend.

Driving Results Through Success Metrics: Consistent growth in ROI from advertising campaigns. Increase in conversion rates and reduction in customer acquisition costs. Expansion of Carbon6's digital footprint and brand recognition within the ecommerce tech space.


Your Qualifications:

Proven Performance Marketing Experience: Proficient in performance marketing principles, tools (including Instantly and HighLevel), and best practices within saas and/or ecommerce industry ideally. Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.

Successful Campaign Design and Execution: Proven track record in planning and implementing impactful performance marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Skilled in analyzing campaign performance data to make informed adjustments and ensure alignment with objectives and budgets.

Analytical Acumen and Data Utilization: Possesses a data-driven mindset and strong proficiency in extracting actionable insights from analytics tools. Capable of utilizing analytical methodologies to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, facilitating clear alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Adaptability and Resourcefulness: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a scrappy and curious attitude to achieve results effectively. Adaptability to be comfortable with the discomfort of uncertainty and change that is common in a high-growth organization.
