GREAT HOURS AND COMPETITIVE PAY

Locations:
Cobourg - 10 Albert St., Cobourg, ON

Hours: 4 days per week - Monday to Thursday, 8:40am to 5:15pm.

Duties:

Gathers appropriate information from new patient calls
Coordinate with insurance and answer inquiries as well as taking payments
Consult with patients and parents
Conduct patient followup calls and rebooks
Present financials and review contracts with new patients
Prepare letters for doctors and obtain signatures
Provides the main reception for the entire office
Prepare images for new patients
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is an asset
Level II Dental Assistant is an asset
