What will you do?

  • Support initiatives, processes and provide administrative support across D&CM Operations Enablement & Improvement team within Sun Life Canada, which includes leading and/or executing on a variety of projects in addition to administrative and foundational team support such as training, scheduling, budget process, business cases, etc.
  • Partner with variety of business leads and stakeholders in the Distribution & Channel Management (D&CM) organization in order to support to multiple channels of

Sun Life Canada:
SLFD, Prospr, and IID - including advisors, leaders, staff, and Clients

  • Supports enablement of Regional Operation teams on implementing national policies and practices across D&CM including initial and ongoing operational policy training to field teams
  • Provides crossfunctional support across all Operations Enablement & Improvement, including Operational Management, Operational Improvement, Operational Excellence, and FC Premises mandates
  • Support questions and inquiries received in team inboxes: FC Premises, BRADM, Incident, Records
  • Supports and maintains digital agreements

  • A university graduate or equivalent postsecondary education and/or relevant work experience

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.

The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
