We are looking for a nurse to join our team as
a part-time or full-time Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Classic LifeCare's Vancouver branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.


The role:

  • Employee and client engagement.
  • Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
  • Developing programs in line with Classic LifeCare's culture and Accreditation Canada's home support standards.
  • Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
  • Collaborating on assessments and implementation of personcentred care plans

The check list:

  • Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
  • Wound care experience an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with other professionals, family members, and organizations to ensure services are in the client's best interest and supportive of their goals.
  • Proficiency in computer skills such as working with Office 36
  • Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation (must be willing to drive within the Greater Vancouver area)
  • People and community focused
  • Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests.
  • Availability can be discussed upon interview days and times can be flexible.
