About Us

Scope of the Position
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Electrical Utilities. This is an entrepreneurial yet collaborative role, responsible for the customer's experience, competitive tender responses and supply forecasting. An emphasis is also placed on building relationships with manufacturers, aligning supplier and customer goals.


Major Responsibilities

  • Preform regular calls on assigned accounts.
  • Provide assistance to customers in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date and engaged with market and product trends.
  • Monitor service and financial performance of accounts using tools provided.
  • Coordinate and lead sales meetings and customer events
  • Attend manufacturers' training when provided.
  • Work together with sales team to ensure projects are quoted and tracked accurately in order to meet established timelines.
  • Work together with Management to set monthly targets in your territory,
  • Ensure that sales plan is followed, adapted and accomplished.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 23 years' experience in the electrical or utility industry considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience considered an asset.
  • Must be results orientated and possess the ability to work independently and in a team.
