Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
  • Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the designated timelines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and share best practices with the team.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales to meet revenue objectives.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, including leads, sales, and followups.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • A selfmotivated and targetdriven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
