Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
- Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the designated timelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
- Continuously improve through feedback and share best practices with the team.
- Negotiate agreements and close sales to meet revenue objectives.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including leads, sales, and followups.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- A selfmotivated and targetdriven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
