This position is for the Business Consultant to work directly with the Client supporting them primarily with support for the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) program.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Help manage the help desk function for the CEBA program, and act as the primary point of investigation for all inquiries and questions on CEBA loans and repayment process
  • Investigate findings based on established Standard Operating Procedures, responding in an informed, professional and prompt manner
  • Understand and can explain the core processes, best practices and latest on the CEBA program
  • Escalate complex or unresolved user situations as required
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decisionmaking and contribute to updates in the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Respond to inquiries in an efficient manner, adhering to bank Service Level Objectives
  • Maintain current knowledge of the CEBA program, practices, procedures, FAQs and latest from the Government of Canada
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Strong knowledge in financial services specifically in Business Banking domain. Understanding of CEBA loans, supporting policies, procedures, and technologies is preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • High energy with a passion for being the ultimate problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, comfortable dealing with large amounts of data in reports
