    Technicien comptable/Technicienne comptable

    Référent cybersécurité et infrastructure TI / Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure officer (+18K Relations) @ Alan Allman Associés

    37,5h par semaine, bon niveau d'anglais, 3 jours par semaine en présentiel en Centre-Ville de Montréal.

    Bilinguisme (français et anglais). 30% des échanges seront effectués avec des clients et fournisseurs anglophones hors Québec.

    Sous la supervision du Contrôleur, le(la) technicien(ne) comptable assure différentes responsabilités en lien avec la comptabilité générale et le processus de fin de mois.

    Comptabilité (85%)

    1. Participer au processus de comptabilité générale et assurer les activités relatives à la fin de mois de tenue de compte de GL (régularisations, rapports de taxes, conciliation bancaire, etc.)
    2. Effectuer les écritures comptables
    3. Vérifier et saisir les comptes de dépenses
    4. Faire le suivi des comptes clients
    5. Appuyer l'équipe dans la facturation mensuelle
    6. Compléter les différents fichiers et rapports mensuels
    7. Conciliation des revenus et encaissement de ces derniers
    8. Conciliation des revenus reportés
    9. Calcul des commissions vendeurs
    10. Effectuer différentes tâches contribuant au bon fonctionnement du service de la comptabilité de l'entreprise.

    Formation et expérience exigée :

    • D.E.P ou D.E.C en comptabilité et gestion ou technique en administration des affaires
    • BAC en comptabilité et gestion, un atout
    • Détenir le titre de comptable CPA, un atout.

    Expérience :

    • Minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
    • Maîtrise du logiciel EXCEL à un niveau avancé
    • Connaissance du logiciel NetSuite, un atout.
