Description
Your role:
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure every customer receives superb customer service using the SMART service model
- Ensure associates and customers are aware of current promotions and financing options
- Lead the sales team by giving examples and assisting team members when needed
- Manage store opening and closing duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
The qualifications we are looking for:
- Ability to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
- Quick and creative problemsolving skills
- Ability to research and analyze causes, innovative approach to solutions
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently respond to associates' requests, build relationships, and resolve conflicts
- Commitment to providing SMART customer service
- Good customer service skills to be able to assess customer requirements and make recommendations
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience (required)
