Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Systems Analyst, In-store Solutions on a permanent basis in our Innovation team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

Implement instore systems and infrastructure, offering guidance to local coops on ongoing support and inquiries.
Lead development and testing of new instore and consumer solutions, collaborating with business units and retailers.
Coordinate projects and rollouts for new systems and upgrades, managing vendor relationships, scheduling, and execution of training.
Generate reports on the operation of the instore and consumer solutions department, covering project and system status, retail billing, systems inventory, and PCI compliance.

The Team:
You will work closely with the Manager, In Store & Consumer Solutions and other IT Retail Solutions teams. This team strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, autonomy and collaboration.

The Collaborators:

You will work closely with vendors and offer guidance to retail and business unit personnel on in-store and consumer solutions.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

Have 3-6 years of relevant experience; Retail point-of-sale or payment systems experience is required; Software testing or QA experience is an asset.
Have a Degree in Computer Science or a related area (Business or Accounting). (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
PCI-P certification or similar, Project management or payment systems certification would be an asset.
