Responsibilities
+- Program set up operate troubleshoot manage nesting strategies shear sequencing punch tooling selection bending sequences support high-mix low-volume kit batch-one production strategies optimize cycle times reduce scrap rework unattended operation where applicable
- Act lead-hand Salvagnini cell daily direction technical support operators coordinate workflow prioritize jobs production schedules train mentor operators safe operation setup discipline quality standards best practices promote consistent standards safety quality housekeeping documentation cross-shift support critical runs required ensure full traceability parts materials documented checks perform approve first-article inspections dimensional verification process quality checks interpret fabrication drawings specifications basic GD&T adjust programs processes account material variation forming behavior lead troubleshooting root cause analysis quality process issues
