**Job summary**:
**Main responsibilities**:
Communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies and questions;
Frequent phone calls to designated external clients;
Engage in the management of any receivables issues you encounter;
Initiate collection of overdue accounts;
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

**Job requirements**:
DES mandatory
1 year of experience in an ideally similar position in a distribution company
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Essential bilingualism (French and English) MS Office
Respect of objectives and deadlines
Attention to precision in the execution of tasks
Competence in problem solving
Demonstrate great attention to detail
