Connect Logistics Services Inc. located in St.Albert, is a third-party contractor that provides warehouse and distribution services of spirits, wine, import beer and cannabis throughout the province of Alberta on behalf of Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis (AGLC).

We are currently looking for an _
IT Implementation Analyst _to join our team (predominantly Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
Reporting to the IT Director, this role will contribute to the implementation of IT related projects from original concept to implementation, identifying project components, defining project scope, estimating tasks and resources, and ensuring quality.
In this role:
- You'll support and ensure quality delivery of IT solutions including system setup, testing, training, implementation, and post implementation support
- You'll represent IT proficiency in developing and fostering constructive relationships with CLS clients, business partners, and internal customers
- You'll act as a project leader on internal team initiatives
- You'll prepare and deliver status reports to operations and project contacts
- You'll contribute to the development of IT project plans, conceptualizing multiplatform solutions, recommending configuration strategies, and estimating implementation tasks to meet business needs
- Some of the technologies you will support are Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Azure, IBM Power Systems (AS400), Zebra RF, Honeywell, Oracle JDEdwards, Manhattan WMi
- You may participate in recruitment and training of other IT Team member
- You'll participate in development activities relating to department leadership and career advancement
Now, here's what we need from you:
- Completion of a Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field
- 13 years directly working in an IT environment
- Motivated to advance career development towards a leadership opportunity
- Experience in the implementation and support of business systems is an asset
- Strong Information Technology knowledge, with expertise in IT principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management aspects: integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risk, procurement, and communications is an asset
- Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain marketplace is an asset
- Skilled in communication, decision making and problemsolving skills
- Aptitude for organizing, scheduling, developing and executing action plans
- Working knowledge of as many of the above listed technologies we listed in the role responsibilities
- Ability to build trust and maintain a productive environment
Salary:
$80,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
