South London Infiniti Nissan is looking for an experienced Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to take ownership of administrative support.
You will play a key role in curating the service experience for customers who choose South London Infiniti Nissan as well as managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

Your Day to Day:
- Answering incoming customer calls for service
- Making outgoing calls to book service appointments
- Scheduling assessment & repair appointments
- Booking courtesy vehicles
- Communicating with Insurance providers
- Collecting payments
- Recording expected towing requests
What You Bring to the Table:
- Great Customer service skills
- Excellent team work skills
- Office administration experience preferred
- Unmatched verbal/written communication skills
- Superb Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
