About this team
The Strategy & Insights team is a trusted partner in the development of long
- and short-range strategies, working cross-functionally with the entire business on key strategic initiatives. This team is responsible for bringing forward relevant information and insights to support leaders to answer strategic enterprise level questions about how we can continue to deliver strong growth.

As we continue to grow, our team is paying close attention to how we are cultivating community with our guests.

This means building stronger and deeper relationships with our guests through things like Membership, lululemon Studio and community events.

A day in the life

  • Develop and execute strategic research and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify and evaluate options to support the strengthening of the Community experience for our guests across existing (e.g. lululemon Studio) and new means.
  • Synthesize research into insights that generate actionable options for growth.
  • Analyze and synthesize research results and create a story that delivers insightful, strategic and actionable answers for crossfunctional partners.
  • Develop materials to support executive discussion and decision making.
  • Selfdirect work and projects ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.
  • Confidently present results to all levels of the organization in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Build strong trusted relationships with senior leaders.

Qualifications:


  • University Degree or Post-Graduate Program in a relevant field (Market Research, Management Consulting, or other), or MBA.
  • 5+ years direct and relevant experience in consulting or research agency.
  • A welldeveloped sense of analytical thinking and an ability to summarize.
  • Detailorientated, organized and qualitydriven person.
  • Team player: ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Strong presentation skills and advanced skills in writing strategic reports and presentations.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite are required.
