Description

Preferred skills:

  • Strong technical skills in supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies, Transmit Security and Okta and authentication protocols
  • SAML, JWT, OpenID and OAuth.
  • Experience in supporting systems: SiteMinder, Splunk, MongoDB, SQL, CyberArk, Venafi, Sailpoint and BI reporting will be considered.
  • Good understanding of security methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:


  • University degree/college diploma in related discipline(s) or equivalent work experience, and/or 3+ years in security IT industry experience.
  • Professional designation in IT security (such as CISSP, CISA, CISM) preferred.
  • Experience in supporting IAM tools as mentioned above.
  • Work experience in Financial Industry preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Support the MFA service offerings, daily operations, and continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new MFA technologies and capabilities.
  • Assess, engineer and implement upgrades, improvements and onboardings.
  • Be responsible for project deliverables, prioritizing actions, overcome obstacles that arise through the implementation of projects, and assist team members in resolving issues.
  • Be responsive to queries from internal clients, and provide solutions as required.
  • Be resourceful and able to work with other technical support teams with strong collaboration and synergy to enhance and improve the IAM tools.
  • Collaborate with other IT Security teams to ensure the service delivered satisfy end user's requirement at the same time follow the Security and Governance best practices.
  • Understand Logical Access Security Standard (LASD) and policy around Data Privacy for the Company is a must.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$40.00-$55.00 per hour
