Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for both office administration and sales? Roicians, a leading IT Training and Consultancy Company, is seeking a talented Office Admin with a proven track record in sales to join our team.


As our Office Admin with Sales Experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations while also contributing to our sales efforts.

This position offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative skills with sales acumen in a fast-paced and innovative environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and comfortable working environment.
  • Coordinate scheduling meetings, appointments, and training sessions, both internally and with clients.
  • Utilize your sales experience to actively engage with potential clients and promote our services.
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, including preparing proposals and following up on leads.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately categorized and easily accessible.
  • Update/Maintain Client details and other related information and tasks in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 34 years of proven experience in office administration and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Nice to know about the field of Information Technology.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
