    The Production Designer will be responsible for leading the creation of flyers from start to finish, working closely with the Merchandising team and other cross-functional stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Spearhead creative development of flyers across print and digital channels.

    • Develop innovative design concepts and implement effective design solutions to enhance flyer storytelling and effectiveness.

    • Oversee the production process from shell to print, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.

    • Maintain photography style guidelines while sourcing high-quality imagery for print and digital use.

    • Lead in organization efforts within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for cross-functional efficiency gains.
