Stock chef work stations with adequate supplies of food; potatoes, eggs, flour, sugar, etc. and other materials and equipment according to established standards and procedures. Return to and store unused items in appropriate areas. Minimize waste.
Maintain clean, neat, and wellorganized work areas, including but not limited to pantries, store areas, reachins, walkins and counters. Report all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to management.
Advise supervisor of low inventory items.
Perform receiving and inventory duties as assigned.
May assist cooks and stewards during peak activity periods.
