Job Description:
Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader

Install landscape enhancements sod, aggregates, plantstrees, shrubs, etc.
Site Management
Lead a team of 1 5 members
Train landscape techniques and safety for new team members including summer students

- app and/or paperwork time tracking and reporting
- vehicle and equipment maintenance & inventory
- material inventory
- yard organization and housekeeping
- customer service
- snow removal
- other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Landscape Enhancement Experience
Minimum 2 years of Landscape Leadership Experience
Minimum 2 years of Skid Steers Experience
Strong Landscaping knowledge required
Strong problemsolving skills required
Experience driving large vehicles an asset
Familiarity driving in Toronto an asset
Snow plowing experience an asset
Landscape Certification or Diploma an asset
