Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with Minimum 5+ Years of experience to join our Staffing/Consulting team.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
Identify and target key decisionmakers within client organizations.
Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics, including revenue and profit goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate and uptodate sales and activity records in the company CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing solutions to clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales & business development in the Staffing/Consulting Acquiring Direct Clients, Implementation partners & tier 1 Vendors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
Strong relationshipbuilding and networking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the US staffing industry, including trends, challenges, and competition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have an excellent understanding of IT Stacks/roles.
Selfstarter, positive minded, team oriented & believe in Continuous learning for personal improvement.
