Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and meet production goals
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
