Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at a vibrant and bustling restaurant at The Good Son Don Mills.

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation guidelines, rules and policies of The Good Son
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Skills:

Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a Bartender
Proficient in cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
Time management skills to ensure efficient service
