The Opportunity
Venturis is looking for a dynamic and collaborative
Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team in
Langley, BC (hybrid).

As the Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of all digital marketing initiatives for our Ecommerce division.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and executing strategic go-to market launch and subsequent marketing plans
  • Optimizing ecommerce websites, actively managing Google Ads accounts and owing the Ecommerce CRM systems to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve our websites with content and technical updates
  • Continuously improve our online presence and build our audience using SEO best practices
  • Responsible for the daily management and monthly reporting of online presence analytics
  • Research and write accurate and original content to drive traffic and interest for our products and services
  • Creating, editing, and publishing announcements for new products and services
  • Report building, create analysis reports on KPI's by campaign using Microsoft Dynamics, CRM and HubSpot
  • Collaborate with social media content creators to develop content and campaign ideas for social media channels
  • Light graphic design for projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree, preferably in marketing
  • 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Significant experience launching Ecommerce platforms, with a deep understanding of customer journeys from discovery to fulfillment
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience with CMS website platforms (WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.)
  • Experience with SEO and website quality management programs (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Moz, etc.)
  • Experience with developing marketing campaigns utilizing CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
  • Microsoft Office skills with a very high level of efficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent problem solver with the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional organizational skills and able to successfully move multiple projects towards successful completion simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
  • Tech savvy and knowledgeable about digital marketing trends
  • Selfdirected and able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
  • Impeccable communication abilities in all forms of written media and in meetings with colleagues in the marketing team and across departments within the company
