Monitor and Resolve Customer Incidents:
Document and Organize Customer Incidents:
Ensure Compliance:
- Examples of Ensuring Compliance include activities such as performing internal site Health and Safety Audits, Documentation Audits, and Maintenance Audits; ensuring all required notices, policies and procedures are in place; ensuring all equipment is in place and in safe working condition; monitoring general work activities and liaising with management teams if any safety or performance issues are observed; responding to or ensuring management response to ICBC or regulatory organizations are in a timely manner.
- Examples of Liaising ICBC, Regulatory Organizations, Various Levels of our Organization, and Customers include activities such as communicating in a clear, calm, objective, and professional manner at all times; plan official communications as much as possible before communicating; respond to inquiries in a timely fashion; follow-up on unresolved communications at regular intervals; take written notes on all official verbal communications and follow up with a written summary to necessary parties.
Liaise with Operations Director:
- Examples of Liaising with Operations Director include communicating regularly with Director to summarize outstanding incidents or issues; report and new major incidents to Director immediately; provide any incident documentation, images, videos, or files to Director in a timely manner as required.
PLEASE NOTE TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE AT OUR VANCOUVER SITE ON BOUNDARY ROAD
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Minimum Grade 12 equivalent
- Selfstarter who takes initiative to obtain solutions and works collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent listening, verbal communication, proficient at reading and writing business documents and letters.
- Must have the ability to multitask and embrace changes, both anticipated and unexpected
Salary:
From $21.00 per hour
