About Position
Our Executive Operations Manager is responsible for executing a variety of of executive level operations and projects to support the CEO.
You'll gain exposure to all aspects of a high growth startup company, working closely with the CEO and Leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize executive operations including board meetings, shareholder meetings, executive meetings, and employee town halls, including preparing agendas, arranging calendars, and ensuring all necessary materials are distributed.
- Create and edit board decks, presentations, and other documents as needed for the CEO and other Executives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage CEO sponsored projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, reports, and minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, memos, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience in business operations supporting Executives.
- Exceptional organizational, timemanagement, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to analyze executivelevel material such as financial models, strategy documents, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite to prepare documents.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to the CEO.
Location
We follow a hybrid working model with high levels of flexibility. Our pattern is to have weekly/monthly in-person working time via our offices in Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver.
