Our team is growing quickly, and we seek a talented and motivated individual to join our Central Services Team with a focus on IT.
The IT Support Specialist will take on responsibility for being the lead on all IT related services in the organization including external relationships with outsource providers.
- Manage all of UGE's IT stack including:
- External relationships (Helpdesk and ERP support; evaluate need for others)
- Support all 365 services and related technologies including Exchange, Online Exchange Server, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure Active Directory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by evaluating current ERP, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365 technologies; recommend solutions and best practices to leadership
- Identify and develop SharePoint solutions that improve employee experiences, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Ongoing assessment (does it meet needs; are there better solutions)
- Forward planning to accommodate growth
- Examination of IT spending for efficiency
- Track all Oracle NetSuite ERP enhancement requests
- Lead a cross department committee to review, evaluate impact and prioritize requests
- Address issues or enhancements directly without involving ERP support team if have capability
- Coordinate as necessary with provider for remainder more complex changes
- Deploy modifications in an organized scheduled basis, first in the Sandbox environment and then in Production
- Maintain documentation of the customizations
- Utilize FlashLight to monitor the ERP
- Assess and address cybersecurity including ongoing employee training
**- 1 year working with NetSuite
- Ability to create and share technical and procedural documentation
- Advanced experience with administering SharePoint Online
- Working knowledge of managing the configuration/customization of an ERP system.

- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
