Prevost, membre du Groupe Volvo, offre actuellement une nouvelle opportunité de carrière en tant que **Chargé(e) de Projet Ingénierie.** Le poste sera localisé dans notre site principal de Ste-Claire.

Comme **Chargé(e) de Projet Ingénierie**, vous aurez la responsabilité de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs des différents groupes fonctionnels au sein du département de développement de produits de Prevost. Vous aurez également à interagir avec l'ingénierie du groupe Volvo (Suède, Mexique, États-Unis) et de fournisseurs de services ingénierie externes.

Vous devrez aussi collaborer avec les gestionnaires des autres fonctions impliquées tels que les achats, la qualité fournisseur, le département des prototypes, le service après-ventes, ainsi que les fournisseurs de service externes. Vous planifierez et assurerez le bon déroulement du processus de développement en adressant les enjeux bloquants. Vous analyserez les opportunités et ferez évoluer les façons de faire pour gagner en efficacité.

**Quelques responsabilités**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de l'ingénierie afin de sécuriser l'avancement des projets avec les ressources impliquées et traduire le requis client en projet de développement ;
- Estimer les efforts requis par projet, communiquer et maintenir l'information requise sur l'avancement de ceux-ci ; planifier les dépenses et les investissements requis.
- Faire les demandes de budgets et les suivis budgétaires ;
- Agir comme PMe (project manager engineering) sur de gros projets gérés par un CPM (chief project manager) ou comme PML (project manager leader) sur des petits ou moyens projets ;
- S'assurer de l'avancement des suivis techniques (incluant les non-conformités) auprès des fournisseurs avec le représentant des achats et aussi avec le représentant de l'assurance qualité fournisseur ;
- Coordonner et fournir l'avancement de l'ensemble des livrables des projets tel que défini dans le PAP (Project Assurance Plan) ;
- Communiquer auprès de son équipe les informations générales concernant l'organisation et les détails pertinents à leur travail ;
- Communiquer également l'avancement de ses dossiers à titre de PML.
