Financing Solutions Managers are our credit experts. They work closely with Account Managers and many other internal and external partners.

This position is based in Quebec city and will be assigned to portfolios in the Quebec city area, Charlevoix, Portneuf and Chaudière Appalaches.

You will be able to work from home or come into the office, but will be required to travel occasionally to meet with clients and the team.

Main challenges:

Perform highquality credit analyses in accordance with the standards established by the Credit Centre, and make recommendations
Participate in determining client financing needs in collaboration with the Commercial Banking Manager
Negotiate credit terms and conditions with the Credit Risk Management as needed and confirm the availability of financing for the Commercial Banking Director
Act as a resource person for your team in handling credit matters and assist the AVP, as needed, in addressing team members' skills development in this area.
You must be able to identify the risks inherent to Personal and Commercial Banking sector activities

Required competencies:

A bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, OR a master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience, OR an undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 8 years of relevant experience
Negotiation experience
Experience in commercial credit
Experience analyzing financial statements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with partners and form wellreasoned recommendations.
Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English essential because you will be dealing with clients and partners speaking only French or only English
