Summary


The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for the successful delivery of implementation projects throughout the entire project life cycle, from proposal to deployment and post-delivery.

As the leader of the project team, the PM ensures a high level of client satisfaction through client management, project planning and effective project delivery.

The PM in partnership with their assigned Solution Lead provides oversight and leadership to a team of consultants, developers, and solution service professionals.

The PM is the key liaison between internal staff and clients.

The PM manages multiple projects at once and is responsible for ensuring all projects meet target schedule, budget and scope.

As part of a project management office, the PM is expected to support other team members as needed to meet PMO objectives.

This position reports into the Director of the PMO.


Responsibilities:


  • Draft contractual material for new project work leveraging existing templates
  • Review Consultant Estimates to develop project budget
  • Create project plans RAID logs and project budgets to manage and monitor project execution
  • Effectively lead project teams in a collaborative environment, completing project deliverables per target timelines and requirements
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Provide status updates to internal and client stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to address concerns, issues and risks.
  • Act as the first level escalation point for all project participants

Qualifications:


  • University Degree in Business, Administration, or other relevant specialty (experience in document engineering, document production highly beneficial)
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts across a diverse audience
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver within constraints
  • Proven delivery experience with multiple project methodologies (waterfall, agile)
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
