Required Qualifications:

A recognized post-secondary degree or diploma in a health-related discipline such as nursing, allied health, health informatics. Minimum 5 years healthcare experience Minimum of 2 years' experience with using or managing clinical information systems is required. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal growth. Experience and expertise in facilitating presentations to convey information or transfer knowledge. Presentations are often to persuade or influence. Teaching/facilitation skills in small and large group settings utilizing knowledge of adult learning principles. Coaching and mentoring skills. Involvement in developing/delivering and implementing educational programs or initiatives an asset. Change management knowledge and experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in providing direct patient care in a clinical setting is considered an asset. EPIC / Connect Care software knowledge and experience strongly desired.
