finance analyst experienced individuals to join our growing team.

The Financial Systems Analyst is a critical role within the finance team, focused on unstructured problem solving within financial systems with a strong emphasis on inventory and risk management.

The core strengths of this role lie in platform engineering, systems analysis, and data analysis.

The Financial Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, assess and mitigate financial risks, and ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Business Central experience is helpful but not required.


A degree in finance is not required, but a strong ability to solve complex problems within financial systems is essential.

As a Financial Systems Analyst, your role includes:

  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory data, including stock levels, turnover, and aging, to optimize inventory management practices. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory costs, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks related to inventory, such as obsolescence, spoilage, and writeoffs. Develop risk mitigation strategies, including setting up reserves, implementing controls, and monitoring inventoryrelated risks. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address risks associated with inventory valuation, pricing, and procurement.
  • Systems Analysis and

Platform Engineering:

Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on inventory and risk management.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement enhancements to financial systems and processes, with a key focus on integration and automation.

Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting to enable proactive risk management and inventory optimization.

  • Data Integrity and

Data Stewardship:

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits of data, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls.

Serve as a data steward by establishing and maintaining data governance practices, including data documentation, data lineage, and data dictionary.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems.

  • Outsourced Financing: Collaborate with external financing partners to manage and optimize outsourced financing arrangements, including monitoring financial performance, analyzing financing terms and costs, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and automation of processes. Provide insights and recommendations to management on financing strategies and opportunities to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:


  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems within financial systems, particularly related to inventory and risk management.
  • Experience in platform engineering, systems analysis, and data integrity within the financial domain, with a focus on integration and automation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including stock tracking, valuation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial risks associated with inventory, such as obsolescence, spoilage, and writeoffs, and experience in developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in systems analysis and platform engineering, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement enhancements to financial systems and processes, with a focus on integration and automation.
