Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centre (VAERC VCA Canada Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centre (VAERC) is looking to hire exceptional organized multi-taskers who are enthusiastic self-motivated individuals as full time Client Care Specialists.


If you excel at customer service, have a passion for client care, and a love for animals, we are excited to welcome you to our growing team We are building an incredible dream team who are committed to the highest standards of patient and client care.


Ideally, you have:
Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology Exceptional client service skills Empathetic, nurturing and positive attitude An ability in prioritizing needs, adapatable and open to change Initiative and are able to carry out assignments independently Above average time management skills and you pay attention to detail Previous veterinary experience or you have graduated from an accredited Veterinary Assistant Program is preferred, but not required


Salary:
$18.00 per hour
