Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the accounts payable specialist team located at the Ville Saint-Laurent Head Office.
The incumbent performs a variety of payable and administrative support tasks to all members of the team to help maintain steady workflow and excellent service levels.
Main responsibilities:
- Processes accounts payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performs daytoday financial transactions, including verification, classification, posting and recording of accounts payable data.
- Statement Reconciliation
- Provides clerical and administrative support
- Keeps up with the workflow
- Performs other duties as required

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills in both languages
- Respects and adheres to ethical principles regarding data protection and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Attention to detail, monitor and check work and information
- Organized and able to multitask
- Thoroughness
- Good with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. SAP experience (an asset)
Qualifications:
- Accounting certification/diploma
- 2 to 3 years of applicable experience in administrative support and/or accounts payable
Language:
- Bilingual
- French/English written and oral
