Operations Supervisor

You'll get to ensure the seamless running of our delivery business daytoday
You'll utilise your communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure ontime deliveries and outstanding customer experience including managing undelivered packages as well completing daily reports
You thrive in a fastpaced environment with lots of action where you need to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business by making quick decisions and problemsolving situations that will come up
You'll have the opportunity to participate in the development of procedures and working methods as well as ensuring they are followed by monitoring key performance indicators.
You are a huge fan of health and safety and will have the ability to promote and follow safe work methods and behaviors.
This is a fulltime role at 40 hours per week (4 10 hr. shifts).
The shift time will be Friday-Monday PM shift.
