• Answer phone calls and direct callers to the right physiotherapist when needed
• Provide assistance to patients and visitors when they arrive at the clinic
• Store information like patient history and insurance
• Enter and maintain systems information, calculate and summarize data, and compile reports
• Ensure patients and visitors understand office policies
• Process payments, bill insurers, patients,
• Schedule appointments based on physiotherapist availability
• Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and schedule
• Work collaboratively and communicate with other staff in order to provide best patient care

• Proficiency with computer software like Microsoft Office, Google Calendar
• Exercises considerable judgment, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
• Proficiency with Janeapp is a plus (_training will be offered)_
• Physio assistant is an asset
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
• Fluency in English is a must, Punjabi is a plus
