Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Surfaces: Thoroughly prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and repairing any imperfections to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Color Mixing: Mix paints to achieve the desired colors and shades according to specifications or as instructed by the project manager.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards and project specifications.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing painting tasks.
Maintain Equipment: Properly clean and maintain painting tools and equipment to ensure they function effectively and efficiently.
Coordination: Work closely with other team members, including contractors and maintenance staff, to coordinate painting schedules and ensure mínimal disruption to property operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent on projects, and work completed.
Customer Relations: Communicate professionally with clients and residents, addressing any concerns or questions related to painting services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional painter in residential and commercial settings.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Safety Awareness: Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to painting tasks.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working at heights.
