  • Supervise B2B marketing team and effectively maintain budget
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring that all marketing and business development activities reflect and ehance our brand values
  • BD team collaboration and Strategy Management
  • Collaborate with Business Development team on strategy
  • Stay uptodate on BD priorities
  • Engage in activities that have potential to further BD efforts
  • Design and implement system for BD creative request management
  • Marcomm Management
  • Build and maintain an effective MarComm calendar
  • Collaborate with creative team to execute typically designer, copywriter, PPC specialist, and other members of the marketing team for input (SEO, forms, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Design campaigns for digital marketing, offline marketing and social media
  • Ongoing monitoring and management of campaign performance
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager B2C to ensure synergies
  • Webinars
  • Manage the Ideation, promotion, scheduling and execution of all B2B Webinars (including hosting or facilitating the hosting of the webinars)
  • Work to grow our database of B2B customers through the Webinar Program
  • All content planning, execution and automation of multiple B2B marketing streams
  • Responsible for database health and growth
  • Conferences and events
  • Research and planning conferences with the BD team
  • Ensuring that the team has the right marketing materials for all conference
  • Seeking out speaking opportunities and coordinating appropriate speakers, ideating on appropriate topics, providing discussion points and/or summaries of talks
  • Planning BD events including Lunch and Learns, Thoughtleadership events and referrant events
  • Collateral collaborate with creative team to produce
  • Networkwide brochures, BD team specific brochures, cobranded materials for partners, presentation templates, proposal templates, letterhead, logos, videos
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
