As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our sales operations. This position is not remote; however, it offers a stimulating environment with ample opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach and lead generation efforts.
Conduct outbound calls to secure appointments with hot leads and potential prospects.
Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments.
Collaborate closely with our sales agents to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of outbound Call Centre, inside sales, or outside sales experience, preferably in lead generation.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
Selfmotivated individuals with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets with a strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude, teamoriented mindset, and resultsdriven approach.
